Tribal Development

Since 2004, SCORE has been working for their integrated sustainable development with the support of LaCIM France. SCORE has adopted Seekkuparai and Sitroonipatti villages in Valavanthinaadu panchayat and is working to fulfill the basic needs and sustainable livelihood and development activities for tribal women and children.

The education program of SCORE aims to provide access to education for all children in the tribal regions. This began by establishing evening coaching centers in the tribal villages where children under the age group of 6–14 are enrolled. These centers enable access to quality education in areas where most government schools remain defunct.

We have provided books, notebooks, educational materials, shoes, and socks for school students, helped with a small amount for house repair work and marriage help for poor Tribal women; provided medical help for poor older Tribal persons, free medicines for small health problems, and given loans to Tribal women SHG's.

Women Empowerment

SCORE continues to work on the principle that the development of women is the development of the country and the development of the family. Only if there is equal rights, equal opportunity, and equal status will it be the real development of women. Only when women develop in the economy can the family be sustainable, and the state and the country become independent.

For the past 23 years, SCORE has been doing various project implementations for the development of women.

Awareness Campaign on Inclusive Education among the School Children

SCORE conducted awareness campaign on inclusive education and development among the school children at 5 schools in Kadavur block in Karur District, Tamil Nadu, India. School children and Teachers were participated in these awareness campaign.
