The Society for Community Organization and Rural Education (SCORE) is a nonprofit organization established in 1995, dedicated to benefiting economically and socially backward rural and tribal communities. Over the past 25 years, SCORE has focused on identifying and addressing the needs and aspirations of the rural and tribal poor through participatory development approaches in 120 villages across the Thogaimalai and Kadavur blocks in Karur District, as well as the Kollihills tribal block in Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, South India.
