A. Balasundaram, the Secretary of the NGO, holds a B.Sc., B.Ed., and an M.S.W., bringing 27 years of experience in community development. He serves as the District Convener for the Joint Action for Sustainable Livelihood (JASuL) Network and the District Representative for Bonded Labor Development. Additionally, his role as the Convener for Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) in the TNVHA Network reflects his strong commitment to advancing sustainable livelihoods and social inclusion initiatives.

Mrs. Rajeswari serves as the Joint Secretary of the NGO and is a skilled tailoring instructor. Committed to empowering individuals through skill development, she plays a crucial role in enhancing self-sufficiency. Her efforts contribute significantly to the organization's mission of promoting economic independence within the community.

G. Kathirvel serves as the Treasurer of the NGO and is a committed social worker based in Kurumbapatti. His dedication to community welfare inspires his efforts in supporting various social initiatives. In his role as Treasurer, he effectively manages the organization's resources to enhance its impact on the community.

Mr.Maheswaran Palliappan is a social service and dedicated person. And also he is supporting for poor people through insurance coverage work without any honorarium. Business and agriculture work is doing part time.

He is business man and doing tailoring work and social service to the poor and disadvantaged people.

P. Maheswaran serves as an E.C. Member of the NGO and is a dedicated social worker. His passion for social causes motivates his efforts in community service and support for marginalized groups. Mr. Mahamuni Vaiyapuri is an E.C. Member of the NGO and a successful businessman. His entrepreneurial expertise provides valuable insights that enhance the organization's initiatives. Committed to community development, he plays an important role in strengthening the NGO's impact.

Mr. Balasundaram Arumugam was born in a farming family and lived in poverty and completed M.S.W., B.Sc.B.Ed, and he is an excellent social activist. After studying to be a Teacher and becoming interested in social service, he started this social service organization called SCORE and has been running it for about 28 years despite various difficulties. He has also worked as a journalist in India's No.1 Tamil Daily News paper (Daily Thanthi) and has good relationship and rapport with the people and government officials. He implements various projects for the development of the backward, scheduled and tribal people. He gives importance to environmental protection, education, health and employment.
